About me (the long version)

Clang!  Clang!  Clang!   

The sound of his metal hammer striking the glowing iron echoes through the dimly lit shop.  Heat from the forge is intense.  The trusty anvil stands firm.  A sweltering, scented mix of fire, metal, and hard work hangs in the air...

My grandfather was a Blacksmith.  Yes, a Blacksmith.  

Not too many years ago, he earned his living that way in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  He designed and made tools and useful items of all kinds.

He was a creator. 

My other grandfather, after serving at sea in WWII, returned home to become a successful businessman in western Michigan.  While raising his family, he quickly moved up through the ranks at a large American healthcare company. 

He was a leader.  He had a sharp mind and a strong work ethic. 

Me?  I'm lucky to share some of their gifts.

While I don't shape hot metal or navigate the ocean, I do help to shape ideas into reality and navigate challenges faced by small business owners and managers. 

I create.  I build. 

I build relationships and forge new opportunities.  

I build Business Strategies. 

And other useful things, too, like Websites and Emails that get read.

For years, I “pounded the pavement” (and airports) building my sales career - Making in-person sales calls in Michigan and across the country.  Business-to-business, business to hospitals, and direct to consumers and homeowners. 

I've served the Medical, Real Estate, Energy, and Automotive Industries.

Over the years, I learned valuable lessons by providing better products and services.
